APPROVAL OF TENANT LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH PORT AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
The School Board desires to lease a portion of the building which houses the Family Service Center whose mission is to collaboratively integrate private human service providers and governmental entities to provide a multitude of services to the North Port community.
Recommendation
That the Tenant Lease Agreement between the City of North Port and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida be approved as presented.
